Great location. Friendly staff. Lovely food including breakfast.
We couldn't turn the radiator on in our bedroom so were a bit cold. We should have asked someone but didn't. Our fault

The staff were all really helpful and friendly. The location must be the best in Minehead. Excellent and very generous breakfast and meals were similarly generous if a bit pricey. There was a good selection of drinks at the bar. Our room looked out over the harbour so we had a fabulous view.
Our dog was well received everywhere and there's plenty of good walking and year-round access to the beach.
The bathroom was a bit small and the room a little cool. Fortunately there was an electric radiator which I'm afraid we had to use.

This was a gem of a find, we ate evening dinner and breakfast here, the staff were so friendly and the host was a perfect one, the food was excellent ! Our dog was also made very welcome. We would defiantly recommend staying here. We were on route to North Devon so it was a one night stay over - fabulous.
There was no fault with this hotel. Excellent stay from start to finish.

the room was lovely roomy bed comfy but could mot turn heating down breakfast was poor small and meat over cooked asked for a baked product and all gone orange juice from carton
breakfast poor could not turn heating down in room but nice and warm on arrival could not turn volume down on tv
