Great location. Staff were all very friendly. Food in Shack was good. Everything was very clean.
Command of English of many of the staff was quite weak so it was difficult to be sure that we had been understood. On one occasion a waitress took our order for a light lunch, read it back to us, but only one item arrived. We gave up trying to explain the problem. Some areas need to be refurbished and we were informed that this is about to happen.
There were not enough sun loungers with sun shades at the pool area.

Location of the beach villa was spectacular. Food was of excellent quality. In general staff were good.
My premium credit card was not accepted in the hotel though it was accepted everywhere else.
The rate was high-could have been 10/15% lower. I could not pay with it and was forced to pay by gpay and I lost credit card reward points.
Room quality was average considering the price charged.
Resort was very crowded.
