The staff were friendly
The room smelt musty, was out dated, no chairs to sit on, couldn’t watch tv without using a google log in, punters screaming the same words for 20 mins right outside the room area (maybe move them to a different designated area after 10pm or a certain time as this is what kept me up not so much the music) and also the staff slamming doors and being loud at 2am. We understand the walls are thin but there was no consideration for people staying in the hotel rooms.
Also the birds were insane this morning fighting and making such a noise on the roof and in the tree ( was funny for a little bit but god it gave a fright to start with.
Overall the staff were great, meal was great and would stay again but maybe if the rooms had a freshen up.

The bathroom was a bit dated

The adjoining pub and restaurant was good and the food excellent also experienced friendly waiting on staff.
Room looked out onto a wall so was both dated and dingy. The housekeeping staff worked from the most chaotic room I have ever seen and they were all very young and couldn’t answer the most simplest of questions. We were on a bike journey and there was no under cover storage for bicycles, luckily it didn’t rain.
