Great location and nice appartment but be aware of hidden costs.

Good Location. Beautiful view from roof terrace.

Be ready to pay an additional 100 euro in cash upon arrival for late arrival fees and tourist tax!

Fantastic apartment with an amazing terrace

We were met at the apartment by a lovely lady who explained everything to us. The spacious apartment was clean, bright, very comfortable, everything needed was there, including some sachets of shower soap and shampoo and kitchen essentials. The A/C in the bedroom was very welcome, especially during the heatwave. The roof terrace, although up some steep stairs (with a good hand rail) was the star of the show, with views of the domes of St Marks and the campanile, there was a concert on in the Square at the time and we could hear the music! It was a relatively short walk to the Rialto Bridge, and the Zaccaria Vaporetto.

The apartment is on the 4th floor, which is stated clearly in the description. This was no problem as long as you read everything before you book!

Perfect.

Amazing apartment in a perfect location with a stunning terrace.

Nothing.

The apartment was excellent. The roof terrace views sublime.

Apartment was excellent. The roof terrace was an excellent facility. The air-con in bedroom was very welcome. The pasta take away shop on the ground floor was convenient and great value.

Perhaps the table and chairs on the roof terrace could do with updating. Not a problem for us but the stairs give you a good work-out!

Wszystko mi się podobało.Absolutnie genialna lokalizacja.
