La Casa Di Mi Sub is an absolute gem on San Cristóbal, boasting a fantastic location that puts everything you need within easy walking distance. The staff are exceptionally friendly and always on hand to help with any request, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. The rooms are ideal for a Galápagos getaway—sparkling clean, complete with comfortable beds and great showers—and while there are nice communal areas to relax in, you’ll likely spend most of your time out exploring the incredible islands anyway. Best of all, its excellent price point offers incredible value, making it much easier to extend your stay and fully enjoy everything San Cristóbal has to offer.

Very nice facilities, rooftop, hammocks, public spaces, little gym.

La Casa de Mi Sub is an overall decent place to stay, especially considering the general conditions and prices on the island. The owner is extremely friendly, understanding, and helpful, which made the experience much more comfortable.
The room itself was fine for a couple of nights of rest, though it did have a few small issues. There wasn’t a place to hang towels in the bathroom, and the showerhead was leaking, which could be improved. The property is in good condition overall, but it’s located farther from downtown than I expected, so keep that in mind if you plan to move around frequently.
In summary, it’s a good option for a short stay, with very kind hosts, but with a few details that could be improved for added convenience.
