Quiet location but near tiny bay and several Restaurantes. Easy access to beach. Good sun terrace.
Description on paperwork gave address as Polignano, whereas it is in S. Vito. We spent an hour looking in the wrong place. Very frustrating!

Cute little villa close to beach. Loved the lounge chairs and umbrella overlooking the water. Marco was very nice/welcoming and accommodating. Patio was spacious.
Based on the picture, we thought we’d have water views; in actuality, we were the room furthest from the beach access point. Pull out bed/couch was incredibly uncomfortable. Very limited supplies (toilet paper, paper towels, soap, etc). Beach towels are an extra cost.

Good space
Apt feels closed off. You don’t see the sea or outdoors unless you’re outside. Not really walkable to pollgnare e mare.
