This place was absolutely wonderful in every way! The staff gave us such a warm and friendly welcome at check-in and provided us with all the information we needed about the city, public transportation, sightseeing spots, restaurants, and much more. Their warm hospitality made such a positive impact on our mood and really set the tone for the rest of our trip.
The location was simply unbeatable, with everything within easy walking distance. The room was spotlessly clean, and the facilities were excellent. Overall, it was an amazing experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the city!
Their warm welcome and helpful guidance, the excellent location, and the cleanliness were all outstanding. Everyone was so friendly, kind, and welcoming, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location is amazing, close to everything and well communicated. The room, kitchen, and bathroom are all very spacious. Everything was clean. The kitchen is fully equipped with utensils and appliances, and the property is well looked after. On top of that, the communication and service from the owners were fantastic, including the local recommendations they provided. It was an absolute pleasure; we would definitely repeat!
As a minor recommendation, fixing the window screens so they stay firmly in place for the mosquitoes all the way down would be a plus. But nothing major, everything was great!

It was accessible via bus or thru walking to most of the tourist attractions, like the Pitti Palace. The owner was quite informative and is accessible thru watsapp. Communication on arrival and check out was a breeze. It is also near a laundromat, which we made used of.
The walls are thin, we can hear everything both from the outside passerbys and the neigbors. There was no place to put your toiletries in the shower, unless you brought your own caddy. The shower stream was strong which was great but then the shower drain can’t keep up so you need to stop the water now and then.
