The hotel is just gorgeous. I loved all the greenery, how big the pool is and the beach access. Breakfast was so amazing. Great food selection and everything was delicious. Our room was big and comfortable with a nice pool view.

The resort facilities were clean and comfortable: pool, spa, beach
The kids club is a bit old and would benefit from being renovated.

Excellent property, facilities, beach access and big pool.
Good Food Options and breakfast was very good and many options available.
Guaranteed check in time of 3pm was not available. While only a half hour delay, the hotel shuttle bus did pick us up from the airport at 1:30pm so the hotel knew when we would be arriving which was disappointing.

Room was a decent size, well laid out and beds very comfortable. Breakfast buffet had an excellent choice and was constantly replenished right up until end of service. Location of hotel is quite a distance from anywhere, nothing immediately around hotel but shuttle bus was useful to get to local town/night market. Staff incredibly friendly, polite and helpful. Lots of fun games set up on the beach for kids. Also enjoyed morning yoga.
Sadly I would not be able to recommend this hotel. The music played at every part of the hotel (restaurants, pool, beach bar and around the grounds) was at a level which was too high to relax. I understand that many guests are happy to listen to music, but to have the same beat thumping away by the pool from 8am-10pm every day was just too much. We spent the whole time trying to find seats as far away from the speakers as possible; not easy as they were located at regular intervals all around the pool and surrounding areas. Such a shame that we couldn't relax and enjoy the sounds of nature for at least part of the day! To ensure the environment appeals to all guests, there should be the option of choosing to sit by the pool bar and the loud music, or finding a quieter area.
