Overpriced and disappointing – certainly not the luxury experience we expected.

The only positive was the convenient parking access, which made arriving and leaving straightforward.

Unfortunately, the apartment was disappointing, especially for the premium price we paid. The bed creaked every time I moved, making it almost impossible to sleep. The neighbouring apartment doors were also extremely loud whenever they closed, which disturbed us throughout the night. The floor was dusty, and there was a strong smell of food when we arrived. There was also only one mirror in the bathroom and none in the bedroom, making it inconvenient to get ready, particularly when doing hair or makeup. I completely understand that guests are expected to leave the apartment clean and tidy, which we did. However, for the price charged, I would expect the same level of care and attention to be given to the accommodation. Overall, it certainly didn’t feel like a luxury experience and wasn’t worth what we paid.

Very disappointing experience. The staff behaviour was extremely poor and unprofessional, and we did not feel welcomed or properly looked after during our stay. The room maintenance was also very poor. The accommodation was not maintained to an acceptable standard, and the overall quality was far below what we expected for the price we paid. Definitely not worth the money. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this accommodation to others. Management seriously needs to improve both staff behaviour and room maintenance.

Rooms were fine. It was clean. It had everything that an apartment is supposed to have.

We messaged the property both on Booking and their email before our arrival. We did not have a response. We requested a small extra bed for our daughter. We arrived there and we asked if we were given the extra bed. The receptionist said no and they can't see this on our booking. I have explained I emailed them and not had a reply. They then said no one could do it right away, but the next evening. In the end, we were given a cot, even though I said in the email that we don't want a cot.
