Location is fantastic and the hotel is great but for younger, fit people, could be romantic for couples. The rooms were small but clean and equipped sufficiently (plates, glasses, utensils for two; microwave, hairdryer, and such). The staff was nice, friendly and accommodating. Right next to the hotel was an easily accessible parking for 8 cars. I was there in October, so that was not a problem. I assume it may be crowded during the high season. The beach is steps away and it's wide and clean. Again, I was there past the high season, so it was practically empty, which was what I wanted :)
What I was not expecting were the two flights of steep steps to get to any room. So, if you are an elderly person, physically handicapped, have a very heavy and/or a lot of luggage, or a small child it could present a big obstacle to get to your room. The rooms start on a very high first floor. There is a restaurant/bar on the ground floor. Each step is also narrow, so if you have a big shoe size, going down may be a little bit of a challenge :)

The location is absolutely the best thing about this property as it’s very close to the beach, about 200ft.
The rooms are clean.
Unfortunately quite a few negative things:
- Room very small with no air conditioning which means it’s very hot in the room on a hot day.
- Nowhere to hang up wet beach towels and swimwear
-dirty electric water kettle, looked as if it wasn’t cleaned since the Wałęsa presidency;
- lack of daily room cleaning service;
-Lack of daily garbage removal and toiletry supplementation in room;
- Property advertises that there is a terrace / balcony available to the room. Unfortunately this is neither a terrace nor a balcony and it’s not private as the walkway and stairs to the property are on the outside of the building and the advertised balcony is merely the walkway so therefore there is no privacy nor exclusivity;
- Staff has a bad approach to customer service, we asked to check out 2 hours later than required (required checkout is 10am) and were instantly told that it’s not possible;
-Breakfast is served late, starting 9am which means going to the beach late or bringing your own food;
- Room has a bottle opener but no wine or beer glasses
- Finally, everything shuts down at 8-9pm. So no late night food or snacks as the place turns into blackout early.
