Great location. Shop nearby. Amazing inside. Go for it.
No suggestions.

The host was very nice and warm and all the staff is very great. The hotel location is on the hill (not very big tho but after all day of walking we used to get a taxi - which is thankfully cheap in yerevan). There was a hairdryer in the room and towels provided. We also met two friendly cats in the yard. It was okay just for sleeping.
The rooms need a bit renovation and they wasn’t really clean (there was a lot of spider webs and some hair on the bed). The breakfast is also not the best and could use a bit of a improvement. But overall the hotel is cheap so you get what you pay for.

Friendly staff, spacious and clean rooms, delicious breakfast.
The location is good, but it's on a hill, so climbing up is a little tiring.

Good warm water for shower
The location is bit further from center, No water offering in rooms,as welcoming, not very clean. The breakfast literally was just one lady serving just plate with specific food, smash potatoes eggs and sausages, she was nice.Is just was really low effort all not worthy for the money..
