The property is gorgeous, the room was very large with a comfortable bed and couch and a special large shower. All traditional tiles and adornments. It is minutes from the blue gate but very quiet. Walking distance to everything, even the day trip collection is just at the gate so very close. But the best thing was the family and staff who looked after me like family. As a woman travelling by myself I felt so safe as they always made sure I had someone with me to get me where I needed to. I booked my activities through them too, Aziz was always extremely responsive and the activities were superb. I have never had an experience like this and they made my time in Fes truly wonderful

I had a wonderful stay at this beautiful riad, perfectly located in the heart of the medina. Karim and his team were incredibly kind, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. They really paid attention to the little details, and whenever I needed anything or had a question, they were always there to help with a smile.
My room was spacious, very clean, and beautifully decorated. Breakfast was also a highlight, with generous portions and a great variety of delicious options.
Everything was great, and I felt very well looked after from start to finish. I would definitely love to come back on my next visit!

Hotel manager Mounir was exceptionally warm and friendly. He was an outstanding host that went above and beyond to make sure that everything was working well. He helped me a lot in dealing with many local logistics.

Interior well maintained
It is too deep inside the madina, not safe at all. People harass you way in and out of your stay. Ask money and mental harassment
