no parking for car and parking houses were all fully booked.

Good location near the wharfs with nice walks along the foreshore.
The bed was ok, a little harder than I prefer but still ok. It was against the wall which is a bit annoying for the person on that side of the bed.

The facilities are okay but some other guests on the same floor kept talking so loud for a long time early in the morning, which made me feel uncomfortable.
