This four bedroom, three and one half bathroom, waterfront home is in a beautiful and tranquil setting. Best location to the river and closest to the pool. Farthest from traffic and other homes. Special rates include: book 7 days, get 20% discount. Monthly specials (excluding scalloping season) offer four weeks for the price of three. November through March is best for manatee watching. Golfing is especially beautiful during spring and fall at numerous courses. Summers are fantastic for the scalloping! Located within Tradewinds Marina Resort, you'll have a fully furnished open kitchen, dining area, living room area with the first floor master suite which includes a king bed, soaking tub and of course flat screen TV. Queen beds are featured in each of two guest rooms and twin beds in the fourth. You'll have the use of three flat screen TVs and free WiFi. A smart TV is provided in the living room area. Park your car in the attached two car garage and access the community boat ramp to dock up to a 20 foot boat in our private slip. Availability to numerous nine or eighteen hole golf courses including highly rated World Woods. You'll love treating your family, friends and yourself to the culture of Historic Homosassa where a variety of restaurants, from casual Cajun to Wine Spectator selections treat you to culinary delights and live music. We enjoyed our stay in Homosassa! This was our first visit to the area and we'll be back. The house was well equipped for our family of four and is located in a relatively quiet and convenient location. Well stocked kitchen and plenty of linens. We brought our boat and loved having access to the boat slip! Being so close to the springs was a bonus! Communication with the host ahead of the stay was easy as well as with the contact assigned during our stay. We appreciated the home being pet friendly as we often bring our dog with us. Overall, the house was clean, but the stained carpets could use a good cleaning. Also, we notified the house contact when we arrived that the air filters were filthy and in need of replacement (to the point that you could hear the air "sucking" in with the airflow at the intake and the filter was bowing in). A day and a half after our request, we ended up buying filters and replacing them ourselves. Not a big deal and not something we'd usually even check. Overall pleased with our stay!

We absolutely loved our stay. Large, roomy home with everything you need. Decorated very nicely. Owner was easy to communicate with. Right next to the pool, but not noisy. Geat location with boat slip, ramp, and faucet with hose. Water for last day hose down before pulling the boat for trip back home was well appreciated. Great restaurants nearby if you wish to boat there. Car ok also.

Best community to stay at in Homosassa. House comes with a boat slip which is great. 4 bedrooms, next to the community pool, grill. We lacked for nothing. Great stay.

The patio fan did not work. We wanted to use the grill but the propane tank was empty. When we contacted the property manager, he told us to go fill it. We didn’t we went to a neighbors house to grill. The dining table and chairs were wobbly, we had to tighten all the screws. Mold on all garage vents. One of our guests walked barefooted in the house and her feet were filthy due to the floors not being cleaned. No water pressure in an upstairs shower. In my opinion these items should have been taken care of by the property manager.
