The good quality hotel with a fair price. Everything was really good except for the light noise, not so critical though.
A little noise during morning due to moving chars or beds. No carpet, wooden floor makes this noise.

Location was great, breakfast was amazing, view was awesome with openable massive windows.

The breakfast was great, lots of healthy options, hot and cold. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful. Desk staff on the whole were friendly, helpful & gave useful information. The chap on night duty when we arrived in the early hours(due to flight delay) was very friendly, helpful and welcoming.
The bedroom was refreshed every day , cleaned well & towels changed when required. A great shower
The hotel is in a central location with transport hubs within an easy walking distance.
It would have been very useful to have a mini fridge, iron & a kettle in the room.
Comparable UK hotels to the Garner have these facilities.

I couldn’t make the first night as my flight was cancelled, I called and spoke to the hotel and asked them to Hold my room. When I arrived onthe second day, they told me the hotel was full and they had no room for me.
Only after a small argument and some very rude staff did they work out it was a misunderstanding.
No refund or comp for the first night, no comp for the argument and rude staff either.
