Overall, wonderful property and location.

The location near Kensington Palace is fantastic. There’s grocery stores, restaurants and shopping nearby. It’s also a quiet neighborhood. Finally, the Kensington High tube stop is just a block away.

There wasn’t many amenities in the kitchen, such as no hot pads or dish cloths.

Great location but requires refurbishment

The location is beautiful, lovely views from the apartment with a small cobbled street around the corner leading to Kensington High Street

Apartment requires refurbishment. The lights in one of the bedrooms wouldn't switch off, we had to take the fuse out every night. Some curtains missing, furniture was scuffed and damaged. The drawers in the bathroom furniture wouldn't stay closed. Owners should also make guests aware in advance that this property is next door to the Iranian Embassy in London.

Terrible experience

Nice neighbourhood

The flat had a lot of problems, 1. AC didn’t work and we had to wait a full day until they could fix it 2 the apartment wasn’t very clean 3.they entire apartment very small an not matching with pictures on booking, very small room and bedroom an claustrophobic bathroom absolutely unadapted to five people 4 the curtains were broken so the light entered the room at 5 am waking up everybody 5. The bathroom faucet brake with extensive flooding 6. The bathroom door handle broken I could continue more and more but I don’t want to waste my time The worst of the whole experience was the assistance… very very bad we have have to call booking assistance almost every day I absolutely discourage stay in these apartment and all the others managed by the same group
