New Country Motel

Good parking in front of the unit. Modern rooms and very clean.

No conditioner or blow dryer.

Floor heat in the bathroom was a lovely surprise.

There could be more pressure from the shower head.

No breakfast was offered to my knowledge. The room was clean, bed was comfy.

The hotel called me 40 minutes before check in and asked me several times if I NEEDED the two queen bed room that I had booked a month previously. I said that I would like the room I booked, she asked again if I NEEDED two beds as I was travelling alone. I didn't appreciate this, I felt she was pressuring me to give up the room I booked. I asked her what the price difference was for a single room, it was only $10 cheaper so I told her I'd like to stick with the room I booked, which she accepted. I also didn'y like that there was no staff there at night - on my second night, the parking lot was FULL of semi trucks and there were issues with people in the room beside me being very loud from midnight til 2 am, I felt somewhat unsafe and there was no staff that I could call.
