Perfect stay
Well located

We had to search for the Cien Hotel as it blended in the other buildings and only had a shared doorway, but once into the building the staff and the facilities were very good. The room was comfortable, spacious and was set on two levels. The breakfast was well presented and had a very good selection of items on a self service basis. The Hotel was well located in the City with easy access to all the main aspects
More prominent signage would assist in locating the business.

Great location.
The room was VERY small. The internal layout was difficult to use by 2 adults in their 70s. There was no table or chair in the room. The steps beside the bed leading to the sink etc made it difficult to get out of bed on one side. It would not be suitable for anyone with real mobility issues
