The hotel feels like a sweet little net . It’s an old Armenian house that has a lot of character . I really loved the decoration the attention of the manager the very good included breakfast , the tranquility of the place and the overall cosy vibe !

Everything. Great team, we enjoyed talking to them. It's a small operation, very comfy. We had a separate flat, with a small balcony and a sufficient mini-kitchen. The price is unbeatable for this offer

The location is excellent and the staff very kind. The accommodation meets expectations within the amount charged.
The stairs make a little noise, but it wasn't a problem for me.

- Great location, like 15-20 min with uphills to the sightseeing places
- nice team and very clean
- modest breakfast but enough for a morning
- neighbours from other rooms were smoking inside and all smoke was in my room, I had to open windows and put the towel on the floor, but it didn’t help much
