It is small nice place located very close to most popular attractions of Istanbul but still quiet. I love how clean this place is. Housekeeping staff is amazing and always smiling and helpful. Room was like on the pictures, very comfortable and clean. Because it is small have this unique vibe and i always feel like get back home after a long day of exploring.
It was no glasses or cups in the room but you always could ask for them.

My overall experience was beyond my expectations. The location is perfect for the tourists. The staff was very humble, polite, welcoming and available for every help specially Mr Ekrem and Mr Saeed. Highly recommend place in Istanbul.

We had a late check-in, and we were also given a free upgrade at the time of check-in upon our arrival. The staff was very cooperative and friendly throughout our stay, always ready to help. They assisted us multiple times, including with money exchange, which made our trip much easier. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.

The location
There was a lot of noises coming from train rail road next to the hotel and the construction in front of the hotel. The staff were not helpful as they accepted our request to check in early online but once we were onsite, they told us that they accepted the request by mistake. We lost the first day of our trip and everything we planned in advance due to such mistakes.
