Good location for your visit. The room is really spacious (we got one for 3).

Handy to Rotorua, nice sized upstairs room with separate bedroom and spa bath. Very comfortable bed. Quiet unit with everything I needed. It is a little dated, and a wee bit tired, but good value for money.
Nothing.

Motel is handy to central rotorua
We had to complain to the manager regarding the bathroom ceiling and walls were covered in black mold. They said they could not find us another room so we insisted they get someone in to clean the room.
