The pool and bar were an amazing area to spend the day, great atmosphere, could get nice food and very clean.
I liked the communal lounge and conservatory.
The staff were so kind and friendly.
Really good housekeeping of rooms.
The whole environment was clean, calm and relaxing.
Some bits in the bathroom need updating; shower head very clogged with limescale so only squirted a few water jets. I couldn’t remove the plug from plug hole in sink, had to ask reception to send someone to get it out, and there really wasn’t a mechanism to remove it so didn’t fill sink again.
Tea and coffee was never refilled in room despite excellent housekeeping in all other areas.

The location for us was the best and the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
It could use a bit of an upgrade in the bathrooms and the furniture but that isn’t something that would prevent me from going back. I will definitely be going back!!
