The beach and view in the morning , we had access to beach chairs on the beach especially the reception lady and blackout shutters
The shower was leaking in our room , the service could have been improved

Great location right on the beach with access to a private section of beach which is very peaceful and quiet. Also is close to a pier, which seems to block lots of wind and flattens the water for this part of the beach.
Our room had a large balcony area with a hot tub which has curtains around for added privacy so you can sit and just enjoy the view out to sea. The restaurant was excellent with very knowledgeable and attentive staff. All in all, a great experience.

The hotel is nicely located between a lake and the Mediterranean.
The staff is friendly.
The rooms are spacious.
Great holiday destination for a couple of days on a private beach
We missed enough vegan options for lunch and dinner.
When we arrived, the receptionist did not inform us that we could park for free at their own parking and unfortunately we got a parking fine by the local police
They only have one restaurant as the two other oriental inspired restaurants are only used for private events

Location and the staff are good . Good place for parties in their special rooms dedicated to that.
The room was spacious although very uncomfortable. The were insects outside and it was not possible to keep the sliding windows opened or at least enjoy the balcony .
The lights in the room are terribly designed and in general not enough to illuminate right the space , specifically lights in the bed area insufficient. Pillows and mattress are old and uncomfortable.
The bathroom is a case in itself and not very clean :the glass in the shower was awfully dirty and full of stains and the the door to get into the shower opens towards the inside right on top of the water therefore is dysfunctional .
Last but not least the safe does not work , and you need to look carefully to your belongings because things disappear, for example a perfume and a pair of sunglasses.
You also need to pay for the bottles of water in the room 3 € for 330 ml
Breakfast included is quite limited . The buffet service is quite restrained and waiting for a coffee or cappuccino could be endless .
A place to avoid
