It has a vacation vibe about it
The gay guy who is a long term resident from one of the front bungalows, nearer to the ca parking area had no problems with talking loudly on his .telephone outside of the bungalow that I was in. This was happening at 4 and 5am inevitably waking me and keeping me awake.. It wasn’t until I talked with Patrick the owner that he was able to dress him down and have him stop. WOW that was a nonsense

The property was really nice and clean and blackout blinds was good to have I had a good nights sleep. The location was excellent nice and quite really close to the beach.
The shower which didn’t work properly the shower head was loose and broke off. I had a cold shower in the morning

Always a great stay! Every time I come to Koh Phangan it’s the only place I will stay.
Rooms are really comfortable and management are really friendly and remember who you are if you stayed with them previously.
If you’re looking for a calm and relaxing place, then book here for sure!

Oh it was a quiet resort but like there was only maybe us staying there one couple in a couple of single people that was about it.
I was a bit annoyed that I couldn't have a swim directly behind the resort because of the reefy rocks that were in the water.
