Such a lovely stay. 3rd visit. Perfect for families. Went with husband and 2 small kids. Kids pool is ideal size and plenty of space around it for lying out.
We don't eat here (only the odd poolbar lunch) but we love the self-catering side of the villas.
The gardens and grounds are immaculate, so clean, and 10/10 to the cleaners who had our villa spotless every day.
Area is quiet but some nice restaurants around. A few nights we just got a take out when the kids went to bed after a long day at the pool.
Poolbar staff are all very friendly and nice, quick service.
Aldi across the across the road for all your fresh fruit and bread/pastries, we enjoyed having breakfast on our terrace every morning.
The transfer with children car seats from and to airport is brilliant. So easy to book and only 40 euro.
We walked down to the busy area in about 40 minutes. The roads are a little confusing but if you want to stretch the legs before dinner. Otherwise taxis are outside and gets you down to Meloneras in 7 minutes where there are plenty of nice restaurants.
Pool bar food could be improved slightly. Menu is fine and has some choice but the quality could be improved.
Our bathroom and bedroom door could locked twice, and we had an issue with our toilet so needed maintenance out maybe 3 times. A slight upgrade on the doors or handles would be good to avoid this happening.
Overall it didnt impact our stay and we had a great time.

Very clean with well maintained gardens and pools. Plenty of sun beds. The room is very specious and housekeeping was regular and kept everything clean. Lovely buffet food and at a reasonable price too.
Not a bad location but on one side it faces shops and another hotel which seems to have constant music, and the other side has a beautiful view but close by there is a fun ride park and that can be quite loud and at times playing up to 2am. Not the hotel’s fault but not peaceful at all.
The kitchen is a okay, with very basic equipment, if you are into cooking, you might be a little disappointed but you can make it work.
Their entertainment air conditioning system in my room was incredibly loud, we just couldn’t use it, the hotel needs just a little updating and repairing of a few things.
