Really cozy and safe location

FALSE ADVERTISING. Not the same location as advertised on the website as they have multiple properties, this particular apartment was 30minutes walking distance from zakopane bus stop. Shampoo and toilet amenities not provided too. Wifi was pretty weak and my private information was leaked to a scammer.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. SCAM COMPANY

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! SCAM! this is a property management company who manage several apartments scattered around different locations in Zakopane but advertise themselves with one advertisement on Booking.com with one location which is in between the station and the centre. NONE of their apartments is at this location. On top of that, they will charge you a bunch of hidden fees more than the price on Booking.com and you won’t be able to get your check in instructions or the full address until you pay these fees (parking spot fee, tourist tax, security deposit). We didn’t have a car and was moving around by public transport and thus booked one of their apartments under the false pretense that it was a 7 min walk to the bus station. After paying all their extortionate hidden charges and receiving the check in instructions 15 mins before check in time, I arrived in Zakopane and called them to ask why the address they gave me was so far away (10 mins drive by car) from the location they advertised. They said that’s the one I booked. And when I checked online and saw they have 5 EMPTY AND AVAILABLE apartments that were closer to the station (closer to their fake address that they advertised falsely), I requested they simply move me to one of those instead (at this point I didnt ask them for money I only wanted to have a location I booked) they FLAT OUT REFUSED WITHOUT ANY REASONABLE EXPLANATION, simply saying that’s the one I booked and they couldn’t change it. To which I replied so if there was a water or gas leak in the one I booked you can’t change it either? They proceeded to feign language barrier issues and said “I don’t understand” when they spoke perfect English 1 minute ago. They still haven’t returned my security deposit even though it’s been almost a week since the end of my booking. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS. SCAM COMPANY with useless agents and managers.

Good

all beds are in One room. we were traveling with 4 kids, so that was not ideal. the kitchen missed a lot of basic things for it to function as a real kitchen.
