Location
Just little things. Like no door tag that says do not disturb. No heated towel bar. A big thing however was the difficulty getting in and out of the hotel front door. Scary stairs and a weird way to roll your luggage down these ramps. It wasn’t too bad going in but hauling them up those ramps 50 pounds of luggage was really difficult.

The situation. Was located in a nice area
The room was situated on level 2 and was very small. The bathroom was shabby and the room had a bad odour. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were clean but the room was very tired and needed maintenance. The box controlling the tv came off the tv and the bedside light was loose. Breakfast was basic and overall unappealing
