Hotel Iris is a very pleasant place to stay. Well priced, very friendly staff, clean rooms, quiet environment. A really good starting point for people who like to go for hikes in the beautiful National Park. The breakfast buffet is extensive and they are very helpful for people with special dietary requirements.
We had no issues at all with the hotel itself during a 6 day stay. It is about 15 minutes walk to Pescasseroli centre and unfortunately, the walk is not very attractive. They do require you to pre-order for dinner, which is not always ideal (trying to think what you want for dinner at breakfast time....).
