I’d emailed a couple of times prior to arrival and received a fast response
Lovely friendly greeting. Easy check-in and check-out.
My sister, my 2 children and I stayed in a room for 4. It was a nice large room and comfortable. Plenty of space for our suitcases. We weren’t all falling over each other. Heated floor in the bathroom which was lovely but occasionally too hot. The location was great, very convenient to access everywhere we wanted to go in London. Would definitely stay again.
I was a little nervous on the (lower floor) exterior steps because they were so wet in the rain. The handrail didn’t go to the top which would have helped.

Great location, very friendly staff, comfortable beds and clean rooms.
No elevator was the only draw back

Good location close to tube station and parking
Very hot, no air con. Lots of steps up to room. Quite small rooms and a bit tatty
