The staff was very helpful.
There was no lift. No toilet paper in bathroom.

Our stay was comfortable and centrally located to many sites we wanted to visit.

The location was excellent. The hotel is within easy walking distance of many of the main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and public transport stops nearby. It was very convenient for exploring the city and getting around without spending much time on transportation.
The staff were absolutely wonderful — extremely friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our stay. They really made us feel welcome and were always pleasant and attentive.
The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We also really enjoyed the breakfast served in the room. It was tasty, fresh, and very convenient.
Some parts of the room had chipped plaster and worn furniture. The shower also leaked onto the bathroom floor, leaving a puddle after every shower, which was quite inconvenient.

Very good location, excellent staff.
For this price, it could have been better, with higher-quality food at breakfast.
