The location is perfect. The rooms (single) is small but efficient. Quite rooms were quite depending on your neighbours.
The toilletteries were not full and fresh. The sheets were not being changed at all during my change which was a week long.

Location is excellent right in the midst of cafe and bar nightlife, close to good public transport connections. Staff are attentive, and the breakfast buffet is not bad for 10 euros.
Main problem is the noise outside, especially if you're in a ground floor room (I was) - really noisy on Friday and Saturday night so barely slept.

Good location with loads of amenities around.
There was a buzzing sound every few minutes, may have been the airconditioning or some other system, which kept me awake. There was also a bar at the street level with very loud football fans, so had to wait until that was done until I could fall asleep.
