More light in the room.
We arrived one minute after the shuttle and had to wait in line for check in.

This Hotel has exceeded my expectations. Let us consider all the pros:
-Staff: they were really friendly. Always trying to help and very professional.
-Check-in/out: we arrived at 11am and we were able to do the an early check-in free of charge.
-The Hotel: it is conveniently located close to the airport. The hotel offers even free shuttle to/from the airport.
-The Room: it was modern, clean, with comfy beds. We requested also a baby-bed and they provided it right away.
-Miscellaneous: there is a nice restaurant and a bar at the hotel.
I am giving a 9/10 to this hotel, but there are some smaller things that need to be mentioned:
-Restaurant: waiter was a bit rude. For example, the kids’ menu had burgers as an option, so we asked for a normal-size burger for us. His answer was “this is a restaurant, not a bar. If you want a burger you need to go to the bar”.

Friendly and helpful staff. Bed was extremely comfortable, just what we needed after a 22 hour flight from Melbourne.
It was a bit further from the airport than expected and the bus transport needed to be communicated a bit more clearly. However we greatly appreciated the transfer.
