Very spacious, excellent location, excellent attention in the reception
As we were three people, the sofa bed can be improved, as is not very confortable

Location was outstanding. Sam at the front desk could not have been any nicer. Loved dealing with him. He arranged a water taxi for our departure, and gave us a recommendation for dinner. Great guy. Beds were good. Room was nice.
Signage and lighting were terrible. Looking down an unmarked dark alley, we could not imagine that it was located at the end of a dark alley. Very little light. Tiny unlit sign on the door. Very hard to locate, but once we did, it was a great place.

Spacious.Clean. Friendly staff. Two minute walk to San Marco Square. Good kitchen with dual washer/dryer.
Bed adequate but wish the mattress was more substantial.

breakfast was basic buffet. It was decent
Our room had an electrical problem. They moved us to another room that needs remodeling. Flooring, cabinet doors, fridge shelf need replacing. Bed and pillows were not very comfortable.
