The staff were really friendly and helpful throughout our stay, always happy to assist with anything we needed. The view was absolutely stunning, and the location was very convenient, with easy access to everything we wanted to see.

Friendly service
In the new refurbished rooms the desk chair is too low. I had to put 2 pillows.

Staff were lovely. Hotel was clean and efficient.
In our first room the beds were uncomfortable, too hard. No extra duvets to lay on to soften things either.
The hairdryer cord was too short.
There was no area of the hotel to relax in other than your room. The lobby needs more sofas or a cafe that actually opens would be helpful.
The pool closed at typhoon 1 warning when public pools only close at typhoon 8 warnings.
