The staff are very nice and helpful
The water was kind of dirty and tasted really bad when brushing my teeth. However, that is not the hotel's fault. That is an ongoing issue going on in several parts of Guadalajara. There were protests due to the quality of water in the city while I was there.

Clean, comfortable, quiet
We reserved a king size bed with Booking.com. What we received was a two full beds. No other room was available at the time of check-in

The hotel has a pool on the 6th floor, they have an on-site restaurant which closes at 2pm. They have taxis outside the hotel 24 hours.
The bathroom had a funny smell but I understand it's an old building.
