Great location and friendly
Smells of mould in corridors - very noisy cleaning staff each morning and thin walls in building as noise in rooms and corridors could be heard in rooms- mattress in my room needs changing, springs up through my back

Breakfast is lovely. Rooms are clean. Staff are kind and helpful. Location of hotel is excellent.
Lacking tea and coffee facilities inside the rooms. Wifi needs to be improved.

Great location close to bars and restaurants, a short walk to the beach and a nice pool area.
The beds were really comfortable and the rooms were spotlessly clean.
The only issue was, the dining room got very busy at certain times for breakfast, which to us was not really a problem, we found to go later was less busy, with more tables available.

Close to old Albufeira town so could walk down.
Not the greatest reception staff, not welcoming at all and stood chatting whilst we waited on them finding the key to our room no apology and no hurry at all. Breakfast was not great but just ok. Didn’t like the pool at all it’s like an afterthought, thank heavens for the beach although sunbeds are €20 for 2 per day
