Great location. Self check-in easy. Welcome fridge in room. (Tesco express a minute away). Surprisingly little traffic noise for location. Comfy bed.
Ensuite needs a good clean. Bannister needs a good clean. Whole place a bit grubby and dated.Nice shower,but only if you're 4 feet tall - would be nice to actually stand under it. Paper thin walls meant lots of noise from other guests.

The location was great, close to train and easy access to cafes & restaurants. The room was neat & clean & had a small fridge.
We were a little nervous aboutt the 'staffless' checking, especially when the link to registration didn't work. However check in was no problem.

Convenient location, easy check-in.
Stairs are quite narrow and uneven (leaning to one side).
Lots of noise from guests above and in the stairwells - walls are paper thin.
Room is quite small but enough for a solo traveller.
Cracked tile in room which was not mentioned after the room was booked.
Shower took a long time to heat up.
No fridge available in room despite being mentioned in the booking.
No place to leave luggage, left unattended in hallway. Stored elsewhere for security reasons.
