It was clean and comfy.
No iron in the room

Location to visiting family
The towels were appalling. They were very thin and stained.
We were asked what bed configuration - we requested a double we got 2 singles.
The key cards have always been an issue, we have stayed many times purely due to location and they always fail. Staff will tell you to keep the cards away from phones which we do, this is not the issue.

Don't have breakfast
Room could have cleaner, especially the window sill.
