It was shocking that guests were down very early reserving sunbeds and leaving them for hours unattended .Everyone was complaining about it and were put off by saying they won't be back because of it .good but sunbeds nightmare with people keeping them from early morning and not using them for hours later

Location & layout of complex. Communication from start to finish. Staff friendly and helpful. Nice pool bar , open during day.
Nothing really but air con needs to be considered in the future.

On first look very nice apartments and nice check in staff
Was put in ground floor apartment with no view and on walk way however it was extremely hot and I was unable to leave windows or doors open during the night so didn’t sleep at all, requested a change of room and was originally told by receptionist face to face and by WhatsApp I could change Tuesday then when manager arrived she said I had no chance despite other rooms looking available, also lots of cockroaches even had one in bed with us on one occasion!
Sunbed wars are horrendous
