I had a wonderful stay at this rental. The location is perfect, walkable to everything you need, yet removed enough to be extra quiet and peaceful. The unit was the perfect size and very clean. Rich was extremely easy to communicate with, and even went out of his way to support when my ferry was cancelled due to weather. I would definitely stay here again when in Provincetown.

My friend and I had a fantastic stay in our unit at Rich's property! Rich was professional, attentive and responsive and Marc was lovely to engage with throughout the weekend and had great suggestions for us. Check in and check out were very easy. We got in later than expected our first night due to weather and traffic holding us up, but it was no problem at all. The unit was organized (great use of space!), very well-stocked (had everything we needed and more) and so well-appointed and absolutely spotless, with a comfortable bed and great set up. We could not have asked for a better location for our first time exploring Provincetown. We could walk to absolutely everything and we did! After hours wandering around and enjoying everything Ptown had to offer, we were delighted to come back to a cozy home base, especially on our one rainy day (extra umbrellas were hanging right by the door - a nice plus!). The garden and patio were inviting and we were lucky to be there when the lilac bush was blooming, which filled the air with the most amazing scent. Can't say enough good things and will definitely be coming back based on this amazing experience! Thanks so much for a wonderful stay!!

Perfect spot for a couple, great location just a short walk to Commercial Street. Rich was a wonderful host and kindly accommodated an early check-in and late check-out. Would definitely stay here again!
