staff generally friendly , excellent location easy to find hotel with ample parking and good ambience
I thought some male staff in restaurant were not very engaged at breakfast , set up for getting coffee was not efficient , several guests were grumbling about getting coffee , keeping coffee dispenser topped up should not be difficult but perhaps they are over tasked. I found lighting in room not very bright which was frustrating.

Hot drink provision in room were good. Welcome treat waiting in room.
Room was small, no ironing facilities in room or hotel. Breakfast quality of hot buffet wasn't great and the coffee machine was broken.
