The room was spacious, with a stunning view of Porto & a huge bed! The staff was also very helpful and made sure we were comfortable during our stay.
The breakfast was a wide variety but not very good; a very small complaint overall though as we just went out to eat!

The location was fantastic, the staff was very welcoming and responsive.
The aircon didn’t work. I was told the owner decides what temperature should the whole hotel be. It was very warm at night. The receptionist gave me a fan but I wasn’t able to get proper sleep. Also the room smelt a bit.
