At times I felt like the only guest at the hotel - the staff were so attentive and efficient.
The villa was incredible - pure luxury. It was a fabulous way to end my trip to Bali.
There really isn't anything to dislike. (Except maybe the local cockerel that woke me up early every morning!)

Basically everything about this place. We stayed at artistic villa, with a private pool. Pool was very clean, room design was very authentic and traditional mixed with modern Bali art. Staff was very friendly, always smiling and very helpful. You have tradional and western breakfast options which provides quite a wide range. We also had floating breakfast which felt very luxurious.
There was a smell in the room initially which was a bit off putting. I think it is because the rooms get wet a lot and sometimes do not get dry properly. But it is an open villa and this was not a huge issue to be honest.

Nice area, a lot of flowers, beautiful restaurant and liked the pool.

Property is absolutely gorgeous. Views are incredible, very serene.
Cleanliness was mediocre. My room was beautiful but not cleaned well. Very disappointing . Pillows had smell like they weren’t clean, restroom was nasty.
