The host’s communications with us from the point of booking was excellent. Erich was very helpful and friendly.
The accommodation was beautiful and accessible for myself as a disabled person.
We will be returning here soon for longer.
The small personal touches was greatly appreciated.

The accommodation was very spacious for us two and our two terriers. Everything was laid out well and was clean and tidy. We were amazed at how quickly the water was hot at the tap or shower head. We love Linlithgow and there was lots of local information about the area and board games for the darker evenings.. The walks for our dogs were great, with great views of the hills and mountains. Nicola and Erich were adjacent and were very friendly and helpful. We advised Nicola beforehand that we are both vegetarian and she altered some of the food items for us. It was great to try some different food items, all of which was fresh. Thank you both, we will be back.
Nothing to dislike. We were very satisfied with everything.

Lovely location close to towns but quiet with far reaching views
It was very cold indoors with insufficient heating. The owner did his best to provide extra heaters but it really wasn’t very comfortable. Masses of glass in the living area with no curtains or blinds. Cutlery kept breaking. Extractor fan in kitchenette not working.
