Gorgeous, custom built lake house on chain of lakes. This home features over 2100/sq ft of finished living space with waterfront views and frontage on three sides of home! This property is located on a peninsula with over 227 ft of lake frontage. This luxury lake house features 4 bedrooms, 3 full bathrooms, 2 balconies, Master suite with attached bath, attached garage, detached garage, private boat launch, artesian well, Stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, custom wood beams, and wood fireplace.
This home has sandy bottom frontage which is perfect for swimming right out front! It also is shallow enough for kids. Need a boat for the weekend? We have a pontoon for rent. We have two docks you can easily tie up the boat for the weekend. There is a fun sandbar in the middle of the lake that boats gather.

Our family had a great vacation at Ted's Lake house on Wolf Lake. First - Ted is awesome. He called us the day before to give us some information and see if he could do anything to help. His recommendations were great. Then while we were there he stopped by to check and make sure everything was to our satisfaction. My mother-in-law mentioned the toaster didn't work, and within 2 hours he dropped off a different one. 2. The house was perfectly clean, comfortable, and exactly what we needed for our group of 5 adults and 1 child. There were some initial complaints about one tv from one member of our group - after the first day, it was never mentioned again. A TV in the downstairs might cause you to miss the views right outside the 3 sliding glass doors! The well pump does take a minute to kick in, but once it does, we had plenty of hot water for everyone to shower without issue.3. Yes, parking is tight, but we had zero issues with a truck, boat trailer, and large SUV - we easily could've fit 2 (probably 3) more vehicles if we used the garage.3. All the water toys (kayaks, canoes, etc) that we used were perfectly functional if a little well loved. We also took them up on the pontoon boat rental for a day. It was a great way to get everyone out on the water (vs just 3 of us on the fishing boat), and way cheaper than the marina.This is not just a beautiful house at the lake. It is a beautiful house that makes you feel like you're part of the lake. We will be back.

Lovely, peaceful, well-appointed home on Grass Lake (literally just steps outside the door). Comfortable beds, excellent water pressure in the showers. We would definitely stay there again!
