The Cape Hotel

The staff was friendly, location is good and secure. Big swimming pool, nice restaurant and very nice big balcony in the top floor.

There was lack of information. In our room confirmation it said the room had balcony. It didn’t. None of the rooms did. But instead there was a big balcony where you could order drinks etc. And it was beautiful. Also when checking in we weren’t told that due to high volume of guests, we could not be accommodated in one tein room but got 2 rooms for the first night. Again, it worked out well but caused misunderstanding and extra stress. On the whole however it is a nice hotel and I would stay there again.

Fantastic staff and accommodations

Breakfast was good, and if I dislike what was available, staff were always available to help and prepare what I wanted. I had a very pleasant experience with one of your staff Precious in the dinning area. She was kind, engaging, and professional. House keepers did their job well and is readily available to assist when needed. Staff at the front desk were pleasant and professional. On the day of my departure, my debit card got stuck in the ATM at the hotel, they make a call to Echo Bank and my card was retrieved from the ATM within 30mins to an hour. I really appreciate the quick actions and effort on their part. I felt safe and slept well at night knowing the hotel was secured.

I rented a car for a day to attend my mom funeral and had to buy gas in addition to the payment already made, I think everything should be included in the fees so guests are fully aware of the total cost for service provided.
