The place is very nice, it is well-located, and the host was very friendly.
Despite of the the room was nice, clean and spacious, the water wasn't coming out of the shower with enough force. I think this could be improved.

-nice balcony
-host was communicative
-bathroom drain smelled bad
-room smelled very strongly of cleaning chemicals when we arrived and had to be aired out for an hour
-no hot water
-no hand soap or bath mat
-room was very basic for the price paid. I don’t consider it a good value and I wouldn’t stay for longer than one night.
