the most beautiful place to stay in the whole area around the national park. it's cosy and perfect. The views are amazing and the staff so friendly, helpful and welcoming. The animals all around are incredible too and create such a nice atmosphere. it's my favourite place we stayed in all of our trip so far.
in general the area is very expensive to stay, but this is the best value for all the options

The refugio is super cozy, Adrian was very kind and attentive, the breakfast was amazing with both hot and cold, sweet and savory options. It's right by the entrance to the Torres del Paine National Park and there are dogs and horses just outside.

Wondeful view!
Not clean, dust and hair on the ground everywhere in the room and bathroom. Absolutely no sound proofing. Snoring from other rooms very much hearable as every word spoken and every foodstep in the building. Our room was just above the breakfastroom. In the morning very strong smell from breakfast room. Breakfast provided was ok.
