1. Bathroom: There was a water leak in the bathroom, which was completely unacceptable.
2. Food: The room service food was terrible. I ordered both lunch and dinner, and the food was completely tasteless and lacked quality.
3. Television: The TV in the room was not working, which added to the inconvenience.
Extremely Weak Water Pressure: The water pressure from the bathroom sink faucet was extremely weak, making even basic washing inconvenient and frustrating.

The location and the staff. Very friendly and helpful staff
It was not that clean, the bed sheets were overused and you can feel the sheets are getting old and with minor spots. The different type of tissues used in the room were not good and you can smell the bad storage in the tissues.
