Location is the key here. Probably one of the best areas of Girona: close to everything, yet quiet. Also, the apartment is quite spacious and bright.
I’d say value for money is relatively low: yes, the apartment is spacious and well-located, but when you pay 300+ EUR for a couple of nights you expect more from the property. For example, you only get a small brick of cheap soap with no shower gel or shampoo or a toothbrush. A single bottle of water for 2 people for 2 days. In the apartment there is a washing machine, but no washing liquid.
It felt like everything was quickly assembled together to make it look nice, but nobody really put any effort into making it work.
Another thing was about the entrance: there is a code lock for the building entrance door that didn’t work on the night we arrived. We were lucky enough to find a neighbour who open us a door, but the key set didn’t include the key from the entrance and we had to bother neighbours again when we left for a dinner. To be fair I have to say it has been fixed the next morning, but after a long travel it was the last thing we wanted to experience. Obviously, we immediately messaged Flateli support, but they only replied 10am in the morning, once the problem has been fixed.

Great central location, very spacious, plenty of storage/coat hangers, appreciated washing up liquid/sponge kit.
No hot water in the showers (kitchen sink had hot water fine). No mirrors in the bedrooms. Both bedrooms had broken blinds (one stuck up, one stuck down), hairdryer had melted so attachments don’t work. Terrace area full of dead plants, needs some TLC. Very noisy location/apartment block.

The location is great, flat is spacious. The size was more than enough for the family or group of friends. Very clean and quiet, within walking distance to the city center
